An ideal company to work with. If you don't have lot of financial commitment thenbthis os an ideal place to work. One can get enrollment in various trainings free of cost through wns learning academy. Also it has good scope to groom
Less paid compared to others
Handled customer service calls for clients who booked packages on Travelocity • Planned and arranged tailor made packages for clients based on their budgets • Handling cancellations and trying to retain bookings
A good company with low range salary and good work culture. However no growth opportunities can waste the internal talent. But it can be a good break to start a career.
Feel good work environment
Long hours, less salary, no transporatation, lot of internal clashes between employees and management
As an individual contributor, I got a chance to work with Portfolio Management team which is part of Analytics and Insights Division. This team provides various reports on multiple products to support the Finance and Marketing departments to take business decisions. For which we have transitioned set of reports from On-Shore to Off-Shore in a short span of 2 Months. As a team member I got exposure to work with many clients at a time by sharing valuable insights in reporting environment.
Exciting with meeting client deadlines and facing challenges. Lesser learning due to type of work as restricted access to certain information. Managed the same team I worked in as an Associate. Hardest part was to implement changes in the process
Culture, work environment
I have learnt to interact with internal & external stakeholders. I have learnt how to coach & provide feedback to my team. Nurtures talent. The enjoyable part "the fun activities conducted on the floor".
Great work atmosphere. Good food, easy on pocket in the cafeteria.
None I can think about.
Good working environmet, good shift timings, no stress. I had join as an Customer service executive and then grew to be a Team Leader.
WNS has a good working enviroment. You can strike a balance between family and work life.I have learned a lot from my co-leaders and Group Managers. Faced challenges and know how to overcome it. I have also been a process trainer in my team carries out various trainings for new hires for all worktypes.
