Worst place to work with. It is not at all employee friendly. Managers are very rude and need just servile guys. Processes get rammed down very frequently. Employee abscond this company. Once you joi you will regret your decision.
Long hours, no compensation, poor transport, poor culture, immature Managers
I worked with WNS from 2009 to 2013 and it was pathetic when it came to salary considering the numbers of hours we slog our backs taking phone call in the call center, plus the senior management is very strict and does micro management at peak, it is like being in a jail with strict break timings, If you are late by fews seconds it will impact your performance rating for that month. If you miss your cab it impacts your performance, anything and everything impacts your performance which is not fair at all
Only pro I can think of is that makes you very dicsiplined
Many - Low salary, bad management, no work life balance
Work culture is sincerely pathetic at this company. Company treats its employees like vermins and cockroaches.Salary is the most lowest in the industry with no night shift allowance for 6 months and overall pathetic experience.
Low salary, no night shift allowance for 6 months, no work-life balance at all.
Managers and TL are very rude and impolite. Extreme work pressure. Incomplete information about work. Pathetic experience. Will never join ths firm again and never ever refer anyone to work here.
Long hours work time plus forceful O.T . They don't have any pros worst place to work
The Process I worked for was not at all transparent, HR was uncooperative and would not provide any clear responses to queries, poor man management and no sense of work life balance or proper leave policies (no Sick leaves), unclear appraisal policies and unfair incentive policies. The employee transport was erratic and pathetic as well.

My experience with WNS has been really good. Particularly the management has been really flexible ans supportive towards work life balance of the employees. Had short stint with the organization but the overall experience was pleasant.
You will need to promote yourself for learning. As Wns gives you enough space to learn and grow. You aren't pressurised to perform. Performance itself comes from within as the work culture is so nice and enjoyable.
Learning is free of cost
It is not a place for cribbers
Work is good but the management is very bad and working hard is waste of time. Informal people are much encouraged than formal people. Standards are very poor. over all il give 0 rating for this company even after working for 2years 10 months. People who don't work will be easily promoted.
nothing is free in this company
always long hours unnecessarily
Job security is there with this company, work culture is very professional, Training's are awesome you can grow with this company and too good company to serve your whole life and retire from this company.
Transport is best, Employee centric company
Not a Good Paymaster.
I find this as a best place to work for. You will get salary on time. They will never fire you from the job you will like you have a govt. Job, and as govt. Job reason should be that much big to get terminate from the job but once they hire you, you became their asset. Over all one the best organization to work with.
Even the higher management people will also get connect to entry level employee time to time.
At beginning there are more things to learn,at some time you need to move on and think of growth aspects also. Work culture was good. Most enjoyable part was u get weekly 2 days off. ie on Sat & Sun.
Good learning experience
for freshers or beginners they need to move on n search for better prospects.
