Holistic development
Consultant (Former Employee) - Mumbai, Maharashtra - June 22, 2022
One of my best days of working, having 360 degree development on social issues under the great mentorship of the management. Get an insight about how to work on ground realities. Gives liberty to explore and come up with innovative ideas to excel in your respective field. Empower you to take decision and ownerships of your project.

CSR activities really reaching proper a thankless job always...
Consultant, CSR Wockhardt , Project Mobile 1000 (Current Employee) - Ahmedabad, Gujarat - November 1, 2018
I am working...still...
some mis-understood stigma taboos will be there in charity based DONORS' directive Dominant Institutions natural... their 2% of net profit they would like to zoom around their own benefit to MAXM... all MBAs are good..but wont open the boxes...so ...any thing out side the horses eye cover.......Medical Advises or Suggestions are taken like a surprise. As Scholars are employed in Bombay Environment
Urban inclined..reaction to some thing new will always perceived as "oh! here we are to take care of do your job"...kind. t But lot of freedom is offered too... in operational issues...but taboo of mgmt ironically and funny ...but will remain....Medical as a whole is a human Subject. Medical side also... overall we have seen 2 cardiologists in same hospital in SA both world fame but never talked to each other and knew and shared very little of Medical top priority researches...but in India we can.. bridge the gapes... by frequent ready to accept attitudes...
Unfortunately 329 Drug Ban ! what is essential for service is termed individual.perception and not the pan view ..!!!! So reporting... shortest vulnerable routes opened up like timings... trivial reporting errors... re-reportings... There is no gender bias... even distance between the teams... is such that won't be possible :-) ... but still teasing eve teasing by texts... within limits..do create fuss either side..initially like Shammikapoors films the heroins response is exactly typed.....expected with flare of furious.....
what are bosses for... they ignore the materialistic conflicts...even -
Pros
satisfaction through local public.
Cons
Distance...Not that High Money

Friendly work Environment
Intern (Former Employee) - Mumbai, Maharashtra - November 5, 2017
The hardest part of this job was to provide health care services in the slum areas of Mumbai as some of the places were not accessible with our ambulance and we would have to carry all our equipment and walk to a common place.
