Good place to work. Management has been very helpful. HR is very strong. Employee voice is heard and continuous feed back is taken. Management is very reachable and the overall peers are very supportive.
Good place to work
Need to bring in more technology within the organization
Management is not that much good. Unclear visiblity in terms of roadmap of work going ahead. Poor planning. Good salary. Technical people have limited opportunity here to grow and excel in their career.

Jobs at Wolters Kluwer
This was my first job after graduation. So i can never say it was a bad experience. I learnt a lot about corporate culture, technology, and the domain "Enterprise Legal Management". The company develops products on this domain and i got a chance to learn about how the legal industry benefits from software.Only shortcoming is they do not give opportunities to interested people, and learning is limited. This is the reason i want to change.
Less work pressure
Not a good place to start your career
Less challenging work. Since it is product based company, pressure of delivery is very less unlike a financial institute. Good thing is one is able to enjoy his/her family life to fullest. But vertical growth would be very very limited.
