The culture is reality. What isn’t written down that is just as critical as the formalized rules.
Technical Assistant, Health Financing (Former Employee) - New Delhi, Delhi - September 17, 2019
Organizational culture is defined as the expectation of the organization towards its employees and from itself, the philosophy it carries, the values that it embodies, and its interactions with each of the stakeholders.
They are a bunch of customs, traditions, and beliefs that the company wants to emulate everywhere without any aberration

It is an honor to be even associated with WHO, the last few months have been very rewarding for me. I have learnt the value of evidence based decision making for advocacy and policy making purpose here. The work culture is very good, everyone is highly cooperative and is always ready to offer a helping hand. The value of team work at WHO is exemplary. The passion that drives the employees at WHO is inspiring as well and has motivated me to do any job at hand with my heart and soul soaked in it.
