Good international NGO / Think Tank. Best if you enjoy fund raising and making reports. May not find actual ground level work. Can get lot of exposure.
FT employees get more opportunities than consultants. It has politics like every other organization. Not a place I would recommend although they do have a great brand value on your CV in the circles.
The company has US work culture. People are friendly and helpful. only pressure is of completing the work. Free and lots of opportunity to learn. WRI is one of the leading think tanks in world.

The work culture is satisfying at WRI. Working here was a pleasure, colleagues are friendly and casual. You get to tackle various kind of issues with strong support from seniors and teammates alike.
I was handling campaigns and policy research.
Best part is you are given complete freedom of your work.
