Great place to work with integrity . Leadership is great . Clear vision n staffs are dedicated. Fairly compensated n Staff are valued.I recommend World Vision India as a better place to work in NGO sector.

No free lunch provided, food provided only in meeting n conferences, or when staff is on official tour, food allowance is provided.

Cons

Health insurance provided for staff n spouses n child.

What is the best part of working at the company?Respect given to the employees. Good working environmentWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?Sometimes communication about the work may not be complete. Delay in decision making.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Very friendly. But depend on your supervisor. Over all it is good. Care about your personal and family needs.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Spiritual in nature. No pressure to work beyond your office hours. Fexi timing.

World Vision is a professional, productive and fun place to work with.

Every day is a different day for me in World Vision.I learnt to grow every day with World Vision with new applications and with so many training facilities, virtual trainings and Ecampus trainings.The management is excellence with clear vision and understanding.It is the best place to work with safe and friendly environment work culture.The hardest part of the job is too tedious to maintain both manual and digital records at times.The most enjoyable part of the job is Captions or Content Writing, because I love to write reports and their lives changing impact.

Pros

Free internet facilities, mobile bill, fuel bill, and refreshment at long day's programs.

Cons

Yet sometimes there are long hours of works due to planning and review meeting.

I felt that it was very satisfying and energetic role as supply chain coordinator in World Vision India. I serve the organization at various places and and exploring new things including challanges while doing my work.

Result-oriented and values driven

Recognition to the Calibre and innovation. I had great experience of learning through the capacity building on the roles I have assigned. Great opportunity to work with external stakeholders both government and other Non- government organization.

What is the best part of working at the company?Professionalism and the vision it is working for. Our vision is for every child, life in its fullness, our prayer is for every heart the will to make it so. It was a good experienced and one of the best organization in the World and not only in India

I had a good time working with World Vision. There is transparency in everything we do and there is mutual understanding and respect in the organization.

Place for religious people

You need to be religious Christian to survive. Good work culture. Respecting work life balance. Good place those who want to spent time for family. Frequent prayer meetings, sometimes will be disturbance for those who are not much religious.

Nice place to work

Very good experience with WV, if i get a job even now i am ready to leave muy current job and join because i was working on contract basis We start every day with a prayer and all were very friendly. it was like utter home.

Right place for yhe spiritually thirsty. Our work is the authentic worship to Jesus.

Excellent place to be in World Vision India. One will grow professionally as well as spiritually. Come closer to God. One will get to learn more as World Vision is technologically very advanced. It is a global organization. Has flexi working timings. Serving here is like serving God. Highly recommend 👌.

It was productive environment during working in world vision and I improved my expertise in assigned goals and objectives

As CVA officer I was able to know about the tools of engagement of community, social sector and government line department,it was too good for me that I have done work with vulnerable community and able to work as bridge during resolving their issues, working with Cabos it was too good that we make able them to see the path where their rights

It was very motivational experience for me because they taught me about care others specially childrens

World vision is not a work it is all about provide services to person who really need it. They mainly focuses on children's rights and adolescent girls. They also gives financial help to so many ladies in india to build up their life standard.

Very good manual and principle to follow but hierarchic influence in India is inevitable, best place to carry the mission of Jesus Christ.

Highest paid NGO... Manual and principles are awesome with Biblical based... Inevitable human influences in World Vision India cause many failure in implementation or fulfilling goals to glorify God... Human pleasing help people to get promotion in work... Partiality, linguistic abuse ... Children and their families are driven to eternity... Villagers are upgraded towards better lifestyle ... Thank God for World Vision International ministries and well wishers..

Good work environment with kind people

I have learned about customer relationship techniques through World Vision. Work culture is good and has so many events occuring over the projects they have taken. learned about life ethics as WV is an NGO deals with child sponsorship.
