There is no staff health concern by management, it seem staff are like Machine to them

Take you for granted, Not bothered about staff promotion (pending from quite long).Company is willing to hire less experienced and paid more than one working and knowledgeable in the company. Partiality is the biggest concern here. They rather waste or dump the food than giving out a free staff meal.

Job is secured, you won't be Sacked out until it's a serious crime of thef or harresment, Some food can be consumed after higher authority permission has been seeked

Cons

No easy breaks, no staff meals, no travel allowance.

They don't have any proper SOP .... Too much of favourism and politics.They actually don't want smart employees , they want labours to work for the company. Poor work culture and environment. No proper hierarchy maintained.

 Responsible for the product awareness, customer satisfaction.  Exceed goal sales by building productive relationship with in-store personnel.  In depth knowledge of the products & service provided.  Attends the training program & also provide the training to the team member.  Mail functions of internal & external are managed.  Created monthly & daily sales report.  Tried to maximize the sales by maintaining inventory.  Done a satisfactory 30 minutes home delivery of food & beverages for customer at their offices & home.  Responsible for other duties such as receiving the goods, stocking, inventory control & cataloguing.  As a guest service associate manager with staff of twenty full timer & ten part timer on week end, weekly, double shift rotation basis to restaurant service & home delivery within thirty minutes guarantee.  Maintain FIFO with the product & trained the team members how to handle the food product in hygienic way.
