Political company.

Too much politics. After joining you will feel it is a political company, not pump manufacturing industry.Vision of CEO is not clear so there is not any improvement to company's growth.

The best thing is on time Salary, and they try to work on plan. Well sometimes it didn't work the way it has to be but most of the staffs and seniors are co operative and supportive.

Typical days at work on last 3 to 4 days and early 3 days of the month. I learned store management skill. how to manage store in a proper way. Management is good. Always helpful. Workplace is littlebit harsh. On time preparation of GRN. Always feel free and timely go to home.
