Stagnant workplace

The work was ok. Timings were flexible and growth opportunities were less and if you could stick in the company for a longer time then chances might be there for you to grow but very gradually. Otherwise the work life balance was good. The management was also good.

A good company to work for. I had worked in Writers Sageguard Pvt.Ltd. for 9+ year with reasonable good growth. I was directly reporting to Chief Executive Officer with 71 subordinates reporting to me.
