Easy going working but no substance

I have worked with them, overall good company but hollow inside. Management enjoys most of the perks without bothering about employees getting the share of their technical deliveries. They don't have ethics, they say they follow a code of conduct but hardly implemented in practice. They don't support higher education. My sabbatical leave for doing master's (1yr) was rejected saying that we don't support that long duration. Only 3-4 month whos does masters in 3-4 months? Hard work for a one-year salary increment was rejected citing the reason you are not staying with us. Not supporting sabbatical and deducting genuine promotion and salary hike. What filthy tactics. You don't support even after leaving. Pathetic in short.
