Nice work culture. Currently, everyone is working from home and IT and support team is offering great support to us all. Team meeting and updates are shared on video calls.

A lot depends on your manager. But the good news is, most managers in Xcelserv are fun and cooperative. I have been working ere for a little over 4 years and never faced any issues with salary, increments perks or anything else.
