joined in may 2018, worked for six months, but everyday is the same, your start where you left, no new challenges in work an no new skills learned, for few days of your you may enjoy the ambience, but then it stars to get dull and boring. There is no corporate or personal future here, you will realise it after sometime that it's a dead end.Supporting and office staff is dull, and HR is casual will take any one on roll, irrespective of talent or skills, people are recruited every day and they leave everyday, that's the whole HR process.

Worst company to work with if you want to ruin your carrier join this company or else void joining xdbs, i have made this mistake and i recommend people not to join this organisation , they have the worst policies for employee they are more focused on deductions rather than giving the salary and work culture is the worst .

Productive and Fun Learning work place

Teaches punctuality, Obedience, flexible work. Was able to develop basic Spanish and German language, also we get a chance to mentor teams before we move forward to the next step. Enjoyable workplace. Every Hardest part of the job was made flexible by our Manager's and Management.

XDBS is an Open door policy company, working environment is absolutely one of the best.Management overall is absolutely wonderful. There is no stress or pressure at work. One is left on his/her own responsibilities where you can grow yourself.
