Good one to start with...Have huge client network nd potential employees to close the deal.Managers nd seniors are cool but when requirement comes they r furious.

Average company with very small projects. Good for learning new technologies but the clients are not so big so the project duration is too small. salary is fixed and there is no variables.

Great for ITeS but not so much for product based developers

There is a lot of freedom at Xoriant but there are a lot of limitations too. Your time at Xoriant would depend on which client you end up servicing. Although Xoriant does have a good clientele, they might not have the best managers to connect you with Xoriant once you are on site. The Bangalore office seems to be rather cut off from the main offices in Pune and Mumbai.

A good and Fun Place to Work

I started in Xoriant as a fresher. The company is always a good place to work and Learn. The workplace is really a fun. There are a lot of events (Like "Fun Filled Fridays") which makes the workplace a really fun place.

Cons

Sometimes there could be very long work hours and you may need to come on weekends also

Worst Company-Hire and fire type

I have worked in Xoriant approx 1 and half year. Very bad management. No Job security. Managers are very bad, they treat like salve.
