Everything is great. appraisal, leaves, Holidays, projects, HR, managers.Work life balance needs to be managed. It varies project to project and you need to say no for wfb.

Worst management

No much projects. Will keep you in bench and force you to be allocated to JD which does'nt suit you and one day they will force you to resign. No hikes and worst management. Rude trainers and TMG people.

Does not have good projects

The company doesn’t have good projects.Never join the internal project, it will ruin your life. Need to hire managers with technical knowledge. No proper process followed.Unnecessarily bug the employees and very unprofessional attitude of the managers and micro management.

Xiroant is a mid sized organisation. The Policies and processes need lot of improvements. It currently have a good work / life balance processes. Company should improve upon the HR policies and pay more attention on the work done by the individual and efforts put in by an individual. Must quickly adopt MNC corporate culture.
