It is a great experience with the Y-Axis as a sales team. Training is very good. Challenging and competitive working culture. Y-Axis is having wide range of clients, so sometimes it is difficulty to handling the clients. Good customer value based policies. Good administrative staff and management. Staff members are always helpful and friendly. Excellent recognition for talented and skilled employees. Best pay and flexible timings. No overtime. Good no of holidays. Y-Axis is a excellent company to work for.

Excellent Team Work

I was joined in Y-Axis as a fresher. They provided me a good training. Team leader and colleagues always helpful and supportive. It is a stressful job but with the support of team we reached our targets. I learned and improved my self so much. Handling the clients is a difficult task. But I learned how to handle the clients in a positive manner. It is a great achievement for me. Good professional management and talented staff is a great asset for the company. It is great experience for me. I always suggest freshers for this company.

Great respect and value for employees as well as clients. Challenging work and disciplined office culture. Brilliant collaborative team members and management. Daily feed back about work by team leader and manager. I have enjoyed working at Y-Axis.

Professional Management And Friendly Working Culture

I was joined as a sales consultant in Y-Axis. My colleagues are very friendly. My Team Leader and Manager is always supportive. 8 working hours and a day shift. Good number of holidays. Salaries will be paid promptly. Very good and professional management. Communication between the management and staff is good. If we reach the targets, the management will encourage the staff with gifts and increments. Daily we will handle 30 to 40 customers. Never felt any stress in the job because of the staff and management. Good suggestions and appreciations will be given in review meetings. I improved my self as well as professional and personal. Definitely a good place to work.

I worked in Y Axis as a Reservation consultant, I have learned a lot about professionally or personally, my x colleagues were very friendly, we used to work as a team. we always conflicts the issues with the team leader. we used to give priority to the customer service, I used to handle more than 100 happy clients daily.
