Try to have the practice or competency if you are recruiting a resource. Employees intend to have a long lasting careers with any company.
Don't recruit and spoil the careers of the employees if you don't have continuous work/projects for the employees.If you get be sure to hear the word " you will find excellent growth and learning and management opportunities". Don't believe their lies. there is no growth at all and they cancel appraisals and bonus based on favoritism.
