As the summary title says, Yash Technologies is a great place to work. I have to think deeply to criticize on any point. Best work culture, job security, work-life balance, senior management is approachable, world-class office space with good amenities.

Flexible timings, 2 work from home in a month, table-tennis and carrom, other hr engaging events
Cons
Hard to upgrade your hardware system
Initially started with best business unit and later on moved to other unit which have lot of have internal politics, but work life and culture is good.
One of the worst experience I had working with this company.
Too much of politics and no moral values are foundations of this company.
If you have good capacity to tolerate mismanagement then only join otherwise stay wherever you are

Work culture is good at Yash. Scope of learning is good and also Cultural Activities On Festivals( Mostly everyone like in Diwali event at Yash) . Security Wise also good at Yash.
