As the summary title says, Yash Technologies is a great place to work. I have to think deeply to criticize on any point. Best work culture, job security, work-life balance, senior management is approachable, world-class office space with good amenities.

Hard to upgrade your hardware system
One of the worst experience I had working with this company. Too much of politics and no moral values are foundations of this company. If you have good capacity to tolerate mismanagement then only join otherwise stay wherever you are
Yash is a fantastic place to work, consisting of transparent leadership and incredible company culture. Our employees truly stand behind the company mission... We help people get jobs. Each day brings a new and exciting challenge. The senior leadership team cares for its employees, always putting us first. The focus on work-life balance is incredible. With WFH capabilities too (great in a time like this). I can't imagine myself anywhere else.

One will lose job in the second month if not in the project
Projects are limited in company and you might have to wait a long period of time before you get on boarded on some account. You will get a lot of opportunities here to learn new and different technologies than your skill set. Good work-life balance with little pressure of work.
