Top management is excellent and you will gain lot of knowledge and experience from them, but mid level seniors are not that great.Some teams are short on manpower.

This company will change you from wealth to retail all of a sudden. No proper rating and everything is your boss politics play.No recognition for the one who truly works.. if u are a pet for u are boss, u are treated as a king. If not, u are screwed. No proper appraisal, they expect u to bring the book and always pressurise on Ntb accounts… Very long working hours, no work life balance.. yes bank is the life and no other life.

Too much Pressure, if not achieve your daily targets then BM makes you sit at branch unnecessarily late evening. If customer flow less in the branch then keep continuous calling from your mapped book making feel customer irritated ending up with bad customer feedback.
