Very good company to work with. Learning, supportive and progressive culture. A person in need can get global peer support 24x7 and nothing is impossible while working in this peer network where time is no bound for unboxing the solution..

Good company but people prefer other job only because of salary. Since th it salary structure is not upto the market standard. Good work life balance company. If salary is upto market standard no one will come out and am sure they will be no.1 company in the world.
If your aim is retirement, get hired by this company. The Company is a less Private more government type. Once the projects started, expect at least 2 years to complete. Relax, enjoy the life. Here you will complete more health and safety surveys than projects. Company charges fees to their client on a sub par level below market rates, which the other company follows. Then hire employees on less salary, make them sign a compulsory bond of 2-3 years. Beware of HR conning you in your CTC. .
Subsidized Lunch, Breakfast; Free 2 times Tea; 4 member Family health benefits, Holidays, Less hour work.
Zero career growth.
Most of the employee may be feeling there is a great job security in YIL. That is wrong. To be in YIL, employee should learn politics, buttering, back biting etc etc. Specially managers are illiterate and having very less technical and process skill. No pre defined traning program for the new hire and experienced hires. No proper document for any of the project and technology
Had a lot of fun and learnt a lot technical and non-technical aspects. You are asked to visit lot of countries as well and the quality of management is good for a fresher
Free cab service and food
Extra time at times without incentives
