Most of the employee may be feeling there is a great job security in YIL. That is wrong. To be in YIL, employee should learn politics, buttering, back biting etc etc. Specially managers are illiterate and having very less technical and process skill. No pre defined traning program for the new hire and experienced hires. No proper document for any of the project and technology
More work. Less salary. Basic salary is very very low. One hours flexible timing which is a mess. Appriasal not on time. Started firing employees too. Cut down the earlier benefits. No sports,games,annual day or even birthday gifts or any other gifts. No new year party. Less business. High on politics. Qualiy only on paper not in job.

I learned a lot during my brief stint at YOKOGAWA INDIA LTD. but would not recommend if you are looking for a place with good work culture and good compensation benefits.

Complete hands on experience in DCS (Distributed control system) includes programming, graphic design and debugging. Working as a lead with Migration Projects are the most enjoyable part of the job. Fun Workplace and Management was good.

A good company to work for engineers looking for opening in the field of automation. Got a chance to work on Yokogawa DCS. Had an excellent opportunity and gained International exposure and projects. Enjoyed working with collegues and Leads were very co operative. Learned a lot from them.
