Very Good environment especially for Ladies to work here with no security issues. people are friendly ,work wise supportive. Great experience to work with Yokogawa.
I worked in Yokogawa for almost 5 years and accordingly to me, this is one of the best organization where one can nurture his/her technical as well as administrative skills.Furthermore, It is an equal opportunity employer and emphasizes on job security. I worked in 4 organizations in my entire career and I would like to rate Yokogawa as the best employer of all.
Provide equal opportunity to grow.
Extensive travelling may be there.

Good place to grow professionally, Plenty of opportunities for Travel & onsite assignments.Sometimes work life balance becomes difficult due to extensive travel.
I learned a lot during my brief stint at YOKOGAWA INDIA LTD. but would not recommend if you are looking for a place with good work culture and good compensation benefits.
you get to travel onsite for a longer period and good work experience
work ethics, pay compensations, benefits, people
Yokogawa has excellent Product design, Quality, manufacturing procedures and processes. It is completely process driven company with good human beings as employees. But management does not trust the people , no guidance and support given, career progress is very slow, increments are not worth talking about
Good campus, Subsidised Food and transportation, Good HR polciies
Poor management style, low recognition for performance
In this we were taken training sessions in our college for 2 weeks where we got an overview about DCS and PLC. It was a very informative sessions given by the facilitators from yokogawa. The difficult part was the simulation and its associated coding, initially it was very difficult to code but gradually we got along with the pace and finally came out with some productive outcomes at the end of the training sessions.
