good work place
less communication with management
Workplace is decent. Not much hectic schedule. Every project is tracked and estimated, so there is no last minute rush. Workplace culture is pretty boring and nothing much happens around, people just come, work and leave.
Stability and Work Load
They are quite strong in Automation field. However not good with their field product portfolios. Very high Japanese influence which takes quite sometime to arrive at decisions.
Very good project management skills
Very conservative in their business appraoch
Its a very good place to start learning. I got many opportunities like Engineering, Commissioning, testing, interaction with customers, Project Leading in Yokogawa Organisation. Management has no certain scheduled travels and sometimes need to stay at remote sites continuously for more than 4 months.
