I started out as a server and moved my way up to restaurant general manager after 12 years of being there. I loved being there.. I had a great staff.. I liked seeing my hard work payoff and grow profits for my store.

A day when water went into the cellar filled with 3/4th of the cellar and the store was closed and to manage the PnL ...and i learnt to manage the staff and took time to train them thru many negative point what we had while running the operations,my staff cooperated verywell and gave the positive reply in the operation after that training what i took....allover it was awesome experience because to manage the traing on spot and prepare the protcols is not soo easy and most enjoyable day was working on 31st JAN when we had full of customers in store waiting for the products and we are busy working on by saying HAPPY NEW YEAR...... :)

Make the work place comfortable for the new joiners ..And trainers the trainees to the standard.The typical day is when the vendor is supplying the short supply of the product ..I have learnt about the management skills like people handling ..Because without people we cant retain the gust.
