Bad work life balance

Company can work on improving work life balance of their employees as they are key assets of the company. Apart from that everything is good especially when it comes to technical skills

Good work culture

Good work culture. Good in terms of pay. Scope of learning for developers is more than testers. Too much pressure and competition. Friendly co workers and work life. Cultural activities held frequently.

Average company for Testers

The work load is too much hence the management gets no time to encourage automation testing. Testers at all levels just do manual testing and there is not future once you plan of quitting the company!

great place for freshers

Work environment is good but here too much Partiality do the managers. Some favored person they give chance for new technologies and some person having knowledge about that technology they don't give chance for that person. Salary increment is not good. In case you talk for more salary they give u commitment but they don't give you the salary as per commitment.

Pros

no free lunch

Cons

working long hours

Productive and Fun Work Place

The typical day at work starts from 10:30 in the morning. Usually every day, The work is really nice and fun thing to do. There is something challenging every day to catch up. The workplace is really fun. A Nice casual atmosphere which let us feel like working at home. Management is really nice and ultimately the work done at the end of the day is what matters and bothers to them. I learned how to write test cases/test scenarios. I learned how to write test scripts for automating the activities as a part of Automation testing.

Cons

Long Hours

Fun workplace if salary is not a concern.

Pros: - Learning Curve is best here. - Fun to work. - Seniors direct you towards a right approach with your job. - People work with fun even in long hours. - Formals are not compulsory. Cons: - No defined policies. Disappointing when its all about salary. (lucky if offered bond or else fight for salary) - Appraisals are not fixed (Seniors don't stick to the commitments made and finally you have to compromise) - No HR Manager. So salary, contract, bond, appraisal, bonus related issues are always handled by seniors.

Great working environment and friendly project and team leaders

Being a start-up company Zeus has a very friendly environment and the projects are very interesting which require you to dig out the information about how to implement complex functionalities; be it HTML5 css3 or server side scripting learning the latest .NET 4.0 framework.

Flat hierarchy with excellent learning opportunities

The number of hours per day is variable in the extreme. Work might get done in 4 hours or 14 hours, with no way of knowing beforehand how much work will be assigned to you. Work is rather laid back on a daily basis though, provided you are actually working!! An excellent company for learning new technologies, and exploring small-scale IT industry. The hierarchy of the organization is, however, rather flat, with no clear order of accountability beyond the managerial level. This is strange considering the size of the company. The management of projects, as a consequence, is disorganized and unpredictable. The company's policies regarding attendance, rewards and appraisals does not make much sense, and does not follow any logic whatsoever. Co-workers are varied in terms of attitude and competency. The general atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.

A Great Place to Learn

The company is a great place to work, Young crowd full of enegy, Being a small company there is fast growth of the company and you. There is a very good compensation as compared to industry. Further as its in a e-learning business, its in a A unique industry, where you can be a part of content, programming and marketing Further the company has a Flat structure, which sometimes leads to Unstructured decision making. But if anyone can thrive in a chaotic enviorment it is fun.

Pros

biannual appraisal, small company size, fast growth, good compensation

Cons

Flat structure, Unstructured decision making, Lack of a Defined Strategy, Adhoc work patterns
