My work career started at Zoho and one thing I have found out is that the employees are valued as much as the customers. The most enjoyable part would definitely be my team, where everyone is coordinative and supportive to each other. The hardest part of the job would be to learn the product in the initial phase, but mock demos, multiple Knowledge Transfer sessions with senior colleagues, and referring to customer queries helps you learn it easy. It is a fun workplace culture including work, chit chats, multiple pantry, foosball etc visits and I loved every minute I spent at Zoho.

Pros

Employee benefits, good food from starting from breakfast to dinner.

None in my opinion

People are good, friendly and they have awesome culture. As Company is large in size. There is no single answer on work and learning stuff, it purely based on the Team and the manager, mentor you are getting. But zoho culture will be same for everyone and good management.

- Very old tech stack.- You'll grow stagnant very soon.- Compensation is very low.- Benefits are getting reduced day by day.- They say they allow flexible time but it just means you have to be online all the time.- Managers are given all the power.- No real guidelines in management which means there's too much favouritism.- Only Tamil is spoken.

It is great for experienced people. For freshers, it really depends on the team. Free food, cab services and no timings will make it seem like it is the dream but there are companies which pay a lot more for the same stressful work you do.

Very nice place with wonderful perks and benefits. The company doesn't care about anything else other than you completing the work on time. A visionary CEO. The place has a flat hierarchy, so growth is a concern for some people.

Zoho Corporation is a great place to begin your career as a software developer. I worked in a product called zoho sprints. Being a product based software company, there is a good potential for learning some cool stuff. Pros: 1) No fixed work timings 2) No dress code 3) Food is provided all three times 4)Macbook and Iphone is provided 5)Salary is pretty decent compared to other companies. Cons: 1) Salary is still less compared to other companies such as Amazon. 2) No onsite job opportunities.

A typical day at work includes bug fixing, reporting the jobs done. Commit and push the code. Learnt java, web services and restful apis. The management is pretty good. Good culture.
