Zomato is very bad

Choose zomato as your last preference. The pay scale is very bad. You need to work 8 to 10 hours to get 500 to 700 rupees and the half of the amount will goes to petrol and maintanence of you bike

There is no scope for growth. You will end up doing the same job for years.The managers are highly unprofessional and make your life very difficult.If you're in Sales you will end up doing the most work and getting 0 recognition about it.Company does NOTHING for you in terms of any additional benefits. The company has so much potential to become great, but the culture and 0 room for growth is making it fall behind.

My immediate supervisor was not cooperative. The salary package was good and the management was very accommodative however my Team Leader come Supervisor was not cooperative. Duty hours are also fine.

Job security is a big concern. People have been let go because of very random issues. If you are looking for a product based company where you get an opportunity to learn and grow your skills, then Zomato is a good option.There are some great people working in the company who will mentor you well

If u work zomato in part time is good and can earn some money , but Full time work there is no job security , future , Promotions (No next level) in this job. We are just delivery boy from Merchant to Customer Pickup and deliver foods , and earn money.

Owner is very sensitive about employees. HR policies go beyond normal norms to ensure happy employees. All in all it is an excellent place to work. You feel pride in working for Zomato. Good natured people, nice environment.Drawback is only one, wherein I feel teams behave like groups and don't blend like one workplace.
