The work at Zomato is high paced and requires constant efforts throughout the day, however it is pretty fun to deal with the restaurant industry (personal opinion).Management is all about take the decision and then figure out if it works or not, so at times they end up making costly mistakes.Work place environment is high energy and fun (depends from location to location).

No Support No proper paynents

Things are as they seem there is no system and the payment is always changing I worked 23 hours and got 1600 rupees 8-9 hours work cost 500-700 out of which we have to take the cost of petrol food we don't even get paid

Amazing but tedious

It is a wonderful opportunity for the job seekers. However, on the flipside the marginal utility of effort does not meet the marginal cost of one rupee. The Team leaders sometimes are quite arrogant with their approach, and cold in their tone. However, if you're past all that, you should be happy with your field experience, as it provides opportunity to meet various people. I recommend this job, but I wouldn't guarantee safety of your life or ego whatsoever. The best way to do the job is by having an open mind and enjoy the trips. Good for freshers.
