The most useful review selected by IndeedThe growth is very very steep. You get to work on diverse problems of Pharma industries. But the work life balance is really terrible. Sometimes the work hours stretch to more than 13 to 14 hours

Productive & Fun Place

ZS is a great company to work for because of the challenges and learning at my job, supportive leadership, great visibility, and fair pay structure. It's been close to 5 years of my stint with the company. I have no plans of moving out of the company.

When you are in ZS, you will be staffed in different projects as per need and you will be learning alot because of that.Working at ZS can be stressful sometimes due to thight deadlines and poor work life balance

Learning was quite exponential to efforts. Growth is good as it is obvious if you survive for 2 years, then you can work at next level too. Tremendous pressure of work and mind involved. High requirement of client dealing, problem solving. Working hrs of 13+ every day sometimes night out.Great culture, people will treat you well, exit is smooth, leaves are not asked.

work is fast-paced and no room for learning new things a typical day is around 9 hrs and sometimes it goes to 12-13 hrs and not even one-half gap between projects. as soon as you finish a project, the next project will be already waiting with priority tag

Fun Workplace

Good amount of learning. Depends on the project you are staffed on. People are helpful and will always be ready to help you whenever you are stuck. A typical day at work looks like having a daily meeting in the morning to plan the activities of the day. Since its a consultancy company we have meetings with clients also.

A typical work day at ZS can be either of the1. A normal day(6-7 hrs of work)On a normal day workload is manageable and you get to interact with all groups of people. Poor Work life balance And Worst project management.

If you are looking at this review to know how is the life at ZS then I'd recommend you NOT to go with this one. Reason behind is the POOR work life balance, worst Project Management. Not at all people centric organization and no empathy for Employees.

No Work-life and Decent culture

Being very honest I did 2 projects there and then I left!! And both of them were very messed up.! 16 hour a day was very common for me! No one cared about my mental or physical health. I was told to quit gym. In all I am glad I left the org.
