Worst company with worst Legal teammates. Full of politics and plotting& plannings. The colleagues are with sub-par skills since zscaler wants to hire from Mohali only . No good pool of talent.

An amazing place to work!

A typical day at Zscaler begins with meetings with the shift manager (Pre-shift), thereafter we check our open tickets (on Zendesk) and emails. There are tea and cofee breaks and the company used to provide free lunch/dinner (depending upon the shift timings) every Saturday. It's an amazing place to work with an amazing work culture. The management is very king and has a big heart. This was my first Corporate job and I learnt so much from working here; most importantly on how to provide a superiour customer service. There is plenty of room to grow in your career. I would love to join Zscaler again.

It's a good company to work for besides the work balance and the top level management
Anyday, would recommend this company for any roles people apply for. As stated, if you're a learner and keen to learn new things then it's a stop for you to excel.

I have been working for Zscaler for a year now and the work environment is quite relaxed and friendly. The work life is good for most departments but there is very little flexibility if you are part of Customer Success teams especially Technical Support.
Choose your position after keeping in mind about the above review.

Free Lunches and decent Health Insurance (They can improve).
Cons
Not enough flexibility in work hours for work-life balance.
