An amazing place to work!

Customer Service Engineer (Former Employee) - Chandigarh, Chandigarh - February 19, 2023

A typical day at Zscaler begins with meetings with the shift manager (Pre-shift), thereafter we check our open tickets (on Zendesk) and emails. There are tea and cofee breaks and the company used to provide free lunch/dinner (depending upon the shift timings) every Saturday. It's an amazing place to work with an amazing work culture. The management is very king and has a big heart. This was my first Corporate job and I learnt so much from working here; most importantly on how to provide a superiour customer service. There is plenty of room to grow in your career. I would love to join Zscaler again.

I worked as a software dev at Zscaler India, it was a good experience overall. India office can improve on infrastructure nevertheless. Overall a fun place to work at.

Zscaler always helped me to grow as a professional day by day. I am lucky to start my carrier with Zscaler.It's an amazing place to learn and to grow. I learned in Zscaler that always evaluate your day with number of milestones achieved instead of time spent on a particular project.

Good Place to learn something New and Challenging

Good company for start ups and also for experienced the challenging workplace, but the environment is to dull and boring. No monthly fun activities and motivational events happens to create an interesting environment or workplace.
