Waste of time and loyality

Struggle. Nothing enjoyable, no respect, no loyality. Hardest part is adjust to this outdated management style. Adjusting to lies from management. No objective reting system. Adhoc increment and promotion. Poor leadershipPoor learning opportunities. Various biases.
