Interact with customers of US

telecommunication providers.

Resolve overdue accounts through effective

communication and negotiation.

Deliver exceptional customer service while

identifying the best payment solutions.

Handle customer queries professionally in a fast-

paced environment.

What We're Looking For:

V Good English communication skills.

V Strong customer service and negotiation abilities.

V Willingness to work in US shifts.

V Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Shift Details:

  • US Shift (Between 5:30 PM - 10:30 AM)
  • Sunday fixed off + Alternate Saturdays working
  • 8-hour shift (7 hrs 15 mins login + 45-minute break)
