Part-Time Data Entry & Accounts Assistant (Work From Home)

Chabros Unisport is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Accounts Assistant to work from home on a part-time basis.

The candidate should have their own computer/laptop and internet connection and be able to handle daily data entry, accounting entries, and record maintenance using Excel and Busy Accounting Software.

Responsibilities

• Daily data entry in Microsoft Excel
• Account entries in Busy Accounting Software
• Sales and purchase entry
• Stock and inventory data updates
• Maintaining customer and supplier records
• Preparing basic reports in Excel
• Verifying and organizing business documents
• Coordinating with the office team through phone, WhatsApp, and email

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Busy Accounting Software preferred
• Good computer skills and typing speed
• Own computer/laptop with internet connection
• Ability to work independently from home
• Good communication skills

Working Hours

• Part-Time
• Approximately 2–4 hours per day
• Flexible working hours

Salary

• ₹4,000 – ₹10,000 per month
• Salary will depend on experience and skills

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with good computer knowledge are encouraged to apply
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Experience in Data Entry, Excel, or Busy Accounting Software will be an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
