Birbal Data Scientist (BDS)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Scientist who can analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and generate insights that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
  • Build and validate statistical and machine learning models
  • Communicate insights to stakeholders using data visualization
  • Work with engineering teams to deploy models
  • Experiment with A/B testing and model improvements

Requirements:

  • Strong background in statistics, probability, and machine learning
  • Proficiency in Python / R and data analysis libraries
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools
  • Ability to explain complex results to non-technical audiences
