Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a self-driven and result-oriented Freelance Lead Generation / Email Marketing Specialist who can independently generate quality leads from international markets without hand-holding. If you know how to find the right prospects, write emails that get replies, and convert cold outreach into real business opportunities — this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate quality leads from target markets — US, UK, Canada & Australia
• Run cold email campaigns to reach potential clients
• Identify and research prospects who need Web Design, Web Development, App Development, or SEO services
• Build and manage targeted email lists
• Write compelling cold email copies that get open rates and replies
• Track and report campaign performance — open rates, reply rates, and leads generated
• Submit leads with complete details — Full Name, Email, Phone Number, Country, and Website URL
• Share full email conversation trail with every lead submitted

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in lead generation or email marketing
• Must have own tools — Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Hunter.io, Mailchimp, or similar
• No tools will be provided by the company
• Strong knowledge of cold email strategies and best practices
• Experience targeting international markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia)
• Ability to write clear, professional, and convincing email copies
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Good communication and reporting skills

• Insightful Technologies reserves the right to approve or reject leads based on quality
