About Mr. Groomer

Mr. Groomer is a leading at-home pet grooming service provider in the UAE, serving customers across Dubai & Sharjah. We provide professional pet grooming services at customers' doorsteps, ensuring convenience, comfort, and exceptional care for pets.

We are looking for a proactive WhatsApp Sales Executive who can efficiently handle customer inquiries, provide quick and accurate responses, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Job Type

• Full-Time
• Work From Home (WFH)

Salary & Incentives

• ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• ₹25 incentive for every successful booking
• Growth opportunities based on performance

Working Hours

• 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch break included

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming WhatsApp inquiries professionally and without delay.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable grooming services.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Answer customer questions regarding services, pricing, availability, and booking procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns and objections effectively.
• Follow up with leads to maximize booking conversions.
• Maintain accurate booking records in CRM and Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with the operations team whenever required.

Required Skills

• Excellent WhatsApp communication and message drafting skills.
• Strong written English communication.
• Good presence of mind and quick response capability.
• Strong situation-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close bookings.
• Ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Training & Support

• Complete training on CRM and Google Sheets will be provided.
• Ongoing support from the management team.

Important Conditions

• This is a strictly full-time position.
• Candidates must be available throughout the assigned working hours.
• Freelancing, part-time jobs, or any parallel employment is not permitted during employment with Mr. Groomer.
• We are looking for committed individuals who can contribute to the company's long-term growth.
