How To Contact Indeed Employer Support
Follow the steps below to contact us through your profile menu or the Help window if you need more assistance.
From your Employer Dashboard
Sign in to your account.
Click or tap your email address in the upper navigation bar to open the options menu.
Select Contact us for the option to chat with us, call us or send us a message.
From the Help Center
Sign in to your account.
Click or tap the Help question mark icon in the upper navigation bar.
Type your question in the What do you need help with search box.
If your search returns no results, select Contact us to chat with us, call us or send us a message.
