How to Purchase a Smart Sourcing Subscription

Purchasing a Smart Sourcing subscription

Sign in to or create an employer account on Indeed.
Go to Smart Sourcing plans and pricing.
Review the features of the available subscription types and select Buy now.
Select billing cycle.
Enter the Quantity of subscriptions you would like.

Select Review order.
Review and check the agreement under Order Total.
Place order.

Additional subscription options may be available for your account. Contact your dedicated sales representative to discuss subscription options.

Purchasing additional contacts for a single user

With a Professional subscription, you can purchase shared contacts and an unlimited number of additional contacts. Standard subscriptions can buy up to 70 additional contacts per month.

Go to your Subscription Management page for Smart Sourcing.
Scroll down to Subscriptions and select the three dots next to the subscription you want to buy more contacts for.
Select Buy contacts.
Enter the number of contacts you would like to purchase.
Confirm all details and Place Order.

Purchasing shared contacts

Shared contacts can only move to team members who have Professional subscriptions.

Go to your Subscription Management page for Smart Sourcing.
Near the top right of the page select Buy: Shared contacts.
Enter the number of contacts you would like to purchase.
Confirm all details and Place Order.

Manage contacts and then Move contacts.
Select the correct user to move contacts from in the dropdown.
Select the user or shared pool you want to move the contacts to.
