How To Switch Between Indeed Employer Accounts
If you manage more than one business or hiring group, you may have access to more than one Indeed employer account. Each account lets you post jobs, manage billing and use hiring tools.
This article is for employers and recruiters who have access to multiple employer accounts and need to switch between them. It explains how account access works and shows you how to change accounts at sign in or after logging in.
What is an employer account?
An employer account is used by a person or company that is hiring. From this account, you can:
Post jobs
Buy plans or subscriptions
Manage billing and payments
How user access works
The person who creates an employer account becomes the owner.
Many people can have access to one account. Also, one person can have access to many accounts.
Every employer account shows the company's name. If you have access to two or more accounts, Indeed will also show you the email of the person who owns them. This helps you know which account you are using.
