Navigating the Hiring Platform dashboard
In this article, we’ll walk through the main dashboard for managing the Indeed Hiring Platform.
If you haven’t set up your job postings, please reference the How to use the Indeed Hiring Platform article.
Your dashboard
From the dashboard, you will see an overview and status of all your interview sessions.
Active:
- Live and accepting applications.
Pending:
- Require further actions such as being incomplete, being reviewed or awaiting publication by Indeed.
Scheduled:
- Upcoming and will go live 2 weeks before the scheduled session date.
Completed:
- Closed. See sign-ups and number of RSVPs.
For each interview session, you’ll be able to accomplish a few actions.
- Edit your interview post details.
- View the interview posting on the Indeed search page.
- Export signups to a CSV file.
- Enter the virtual lobby to begin interviewing candidates.
Editing an interview session
Under the actions column, you’ll be able to make edits to your interview session.
As a reminder: While you can hire for multiple locations and jobs within a single interview session, you will need to create separate ads for each combination of location and job title.
For example: If you have 5 jobs across 3 locations, it would require 15 ads.
View your posting
You will be able to see how your job posting will look for jobseekers.
Exporting interview sessions
You can export to a CSV file for each interview session. You will have the applicant’s contact info, how they answered screener questions, date and time of interview.
After the interview session, you will be sent a link to the applicant’s resume if publicly available, feedback from the interview provided after the interview took place and who interviewed the applicant.
