Using Premium Sponsored Jobs

Use Premium Sponsored Jobs to get more visibility and hire faster. This article explains the automatic features that are always included and the optional features you can choose to turn on. It also shows how to set up a Premium Sponsored Job and use the features to reach the right candidates.

Premium Sponsored Jobs features

Important: Product features and availability vary by location or other factors.

Automatic features

  • First page boost
    • Shows your job higher in search results, so it gets more visibility.

Optional features 

  • Matched candidates
    • Lets you invite candidates whose qualifications match your job criteria. 
  • ‘Urgently hiring’ label
    • Shows you are already actively reviewing candidates.
    • This feature is turned on by default. 
  • Branded jobs
    • Let you stand out by adding your logo and a company image to your job post.

How to use Premium Sponsored Jobs

Getting started

  1. Go to your Jobs page.
  2. Find a job and select Sponsor.
  3. Select Premium.
  4. Click or tap Save and continue.

Viewing your matched candidates

  1. Open a Premium Sponsored Job from the list of jobs on your Jobs page.
  2. In the Candidates column, select Matches.
  3. From this page, you can:
    1. Invite matched candidates to apply for the job
    2. Select Not a match to remove a job seeker from being a matched candidate for this job
Important: You cannot undo Not a match, so make sure to review candidates before selecting this option.

Turning off the 'urgently hiring' label

  1. Open a Premium Sponsored Job from the list of jobs on your Jobs page.
  2. Click on the job title on the job list to open the job details page.
  3. Scroll to the Job Performance section on the page.
  4. Use the toggle on the Urgently Hiring feature card to turn it on and off.

Troubleshooting

Issue: I cannot invite matched candidates using my Premium Sponsored Job.

Solution: There are a few reasons why you may be having this issue:

  • You reached your daily invite limit (30 invites per day)
  • The job is not eligible for matched candidate invites
  • You currently have account or billing-related issues
