Full job description

We are hiring a Finance & Accounting Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and finance-related tasks. This position is open for full-time, part-time, and work-from-home candidates. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and be able to work with accuracy and responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting entries using Tally or similar software
  • Prepare invoices and track payments
  • Record income and expenses
  • Assist with GST-related work
  • Prepare basic financial reports
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Maintain proper documentation of bills and vouchers
  • Support senior accountant in audits and compliance work

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
  • Minimum 1 year experience in accounting (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
  • Basic knowledge of GST
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines
