We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect / Architectural Designer with a background in Architecture and Interior Design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional, aesthetic, and efficient spaces, including both architectural layouts and interior environments for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentations
• Create space planning, layouts, and interior detailing
• Produce working drawings, construction documents, and BOQs
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations

Skills Preferred:

• B.Arch or Diploma in Interior Design (Freshers welcome)
• Diploma in Interior Design
• Basic knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3ds Max, Revit (preferred), V-Ray / Lumion (for rendering etc)
• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, and interior detailing
• Good understanding of building codes and design standards

Location Preference: Candidates from Kaliyakkavilai and from surrounding area of 20 Kilometers will be given priority.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
