We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, develop, and coordinate building.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
• Develop design proposals based on client requirements, project brief, and budget.
• Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and site engineers.
• Identify design and construction issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Assist with preparation of BOQs, specifications, material selections, and project documentation.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project correspondence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of architectural planning and construction practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, or other design software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Good design sense and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
