Full job description

EXP- 3-4 YEARS(immediate joiner)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of high-quality residential and commercial projects from concept to completion.
  • Prepare architectural drawings, design presentations, and detailed project documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, consultants, and interior designers to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Coordinate with site teams and monitor design implementation to maintain quality standards.
  • Develop innovative and functional design solutions while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
  • Manage project timelines, design revisions, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial architectural projects.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Excellent creative vision with strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication, presentation, and project coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Education:
