Job Description

  • Study and implement the ITB documents / FEED Drawings, Review MTO / BOQ for building works.
  • Review architectural designs/drawings for industrial buildings such as Control rooms, Substations, Admin blocks etc.
  • Ensure designs meet oil & gas industry standards and local building codes.
  • Review drawings & 3D models.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering teams for integrated design solutions.
  • Interface with Client / PMC and execution team
  • Experience in Middle East region's project is must.
  • Lead architectural design activities for assigned project areas
  • Develop and review architectural layouts, plans, elevations, and design deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with client specifications, local regulations, and applicable standards
  • Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, and other disciplines for design integration
  • Interface with clients, consultants, and vendors for technical discussions and approvals
  • Review architectural drawings, BOQs, and specifications
  • Support construction activities and resolve site queries
  • Ensure adherence to project quality, timelines, and deliverables
