Job Summary

Motia Builders Group is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design and be proficient in CAD, SketchUp, rendering, and Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, and working drawings.
  • Develop 2D and 3D architectural designs as per project requirements.
  • Create 3D models and realistic architectural renders.
  • Assist in design development and presentation of project concepts.
  • Coordinate with project, engineering, and construction teams.
  • Make design modifications and revisions based on project requirements.
  • Ensure drawings and designs follow project specifications and standards.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in architectural design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Knowledge of 3D rendering software.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong design sense and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
