  • Manage critical and senior-level hiring.
  • Strengthen selection, onboarding and induction processes.

Performance Management

  • Drive KRA/KPI frameworks, performance reviews, probation and confirmation processes.
  • Manage PIP and performance-related interventions.
  • Ensure accountability and performance discipline across teams.

Employee Relations & Retention

  • Handle employee grievances, conflicts and disciplinary matters.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Maintain a healthy balance between employee concerns and business requirements.

HR Policies, Processes & Systems

  • Build, implement and improve HR policies, SOPs and processes.
  • Strengthen employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit.
  • Ensure consistency of HR practices across office, factory and project locations.

HR MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain HR MIS and management dashboards.
  • Track manpower, attrition, hiring, performance and other key HR metrics.
  • Provide meaningful HR insights to management.

Factory & Project-Site HR

  • Regularly interact with factory and project sites.
  • Support manpower planning, employee relations and HR processes at operational locations.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across locations.

  • 07–15 years of progressive HR Generalist / HR Leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience in independent HR decision-making
  • Experience advising CEO / promoters / business heads
  • Strong exposure to manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations and retention
  • Experience handling grievances, disciplinary matters and difficult employee situations
  • Hands-on experience with KRA/KPI, appraisal, probation, confirmation and PIP
  • Experience across corporate office + factory/plant/project/site environments
  • Strong HR MIS and reporting capabilities
