IT Support Executive

Experience: 6 months – 1 year

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to provide technical assistance and support to internal users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and network problems
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
  • Assist users with IT-related queries via call, email, or ticket system
  • Monitor and resolve IT support tickets within defined timelines
  • Coordinate with the senior IT team for escalated issues
  • Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems in the organization

Required Skills:
